Thanks! I just forwarded your article on because I had a serious conversation over the weekend about why I don't set aside 1 day a week to write. I write every day - I will admit that if I'm on a roll with writing, I'll continue if time permits but I also know when I've hit my limit. It is somewhere between 2 and 3 hours.
