Thanks for the recommendations. I've read many on the list and have heard Adam Grant speak (excellent) and read many of his books but never Give and Take - I'll need to pick the book up.

Also since Writing by Stephen King and Bird by Bird by Anne Lamott have been "mentioned" (for the third time in less than a week) and I have both on the book shelve of to read books, I think they will go to the top of the list.
